No. 1. In the postnatal care, a new mother should close her ears and head for the first 40 days.

No. 2.  A new mother should protect her eyes from direct sunlight.

No. 3.  During the post natal care, avoid watching mobile at night or any sort of bright lights.

No. 4. Avoid any form of exercise in the postnatal period and give proper rest to your body.
